This March The Monocle will be offering it’s second session of Pole Dancing Classes.
We will offer 2 Introductory Classes and we will be adding a Second ‘Drop-In’ class.
Sessions run 6 weeks.
Next Session starts May of 2018.

 
AFTER WORK GRIND
Mondays from 5:15-6:45
Runs March 5th through April 9th
$150/6 week session

It’s only Monday night and you’ve already had a full body workout…your week is looking good!
This is our beginner session that progresses over 6 weeks. It is ideal for anyone who has done our drop-in class and wants to continue, or anyone from our first session who wants to master what we learned the first time around.

This class will incorporate weekly choreography, pole spins, strength conditioning, and flexibility.

Commit to this 6 week session and you’ll see results!

THE LATE RISER
Tuesdays from 12:00-1:30
Runs March 6th through April 10th
$150/ 6 week session

It’s time to get JACKED!
If you work late and need to sleep in, or you have classes you need to work around, this is your chance to get in a full body exercise that works around YOUR schedule!
This 6 week session is perfect for the new dancers or any Session #1 graduates who want to review and master what we already learned.
This class will have a focus on strength training and flexibility.

With no long term sign-up required, grab a friend and give pole dancing a try.
No commitment, just have fun!
This class is going to shake up your workout routine with a full 1.5 hour class that will cover warm-up, stretching, strength, flexibility, cardio, spins, choreography…and probably a little bit of silliness. Prepare to have a chuckle. WARNING… pole dancing is highly addictive.
