This January the Monocle will be starting the Introductory Session of Pole Dancing, offering 4 different classes to choose from. Sessions run 6 weeks. Spring Session begins in March 2018.

AFTER WORK GRIND
Mondays from 5:15-6:45
Runs January 8th through February 12th
$150/6 week session

Kick off the New Year with a fun, after-work resolution!
Your week is long, and Monday’s the day you’ll be most well rested!

Leave the office and head straight to the pole for a full workout that covers flexibility, strength, spins and choreography. This class is more social than our semi-private classes. With more participants, this may not be that right class for the shy girl. Dancers will take turns, allowing for breaks, as this will be a higher cardio level than our smaller classes. In this class we’ll progress through the 6 weeks and prepare you for an intermediate level class in our Spring Session.

THE LATE RISER
Tuesdays from 12:00-1:30
Runs January 9th through February 13th
$150/ 6 week session

Here’s the class for the ladies who don’t work “the 9-5”.
If your days are free, if you’re on evenings, or if you like to sleep in, sign up for the class that won’t require an alarm clock. Grab a light breakfast come hit the pole. As with the AFTER WORK GRIND, this class has more participants tun the semi-private, and may not be that right class for the shy girl. Every Wednesday from 7:15-8:45

No commitment, just have fun!
This class is going to shake up your workout routine with a full 1.5 hour class that will cover warm-up, stretching, strength, flexibility, cardio, spins, choreography…and probably a little bit of silliness. Prepare to have a chuckle. WARNING… pole dancing is highly addictive.
