Newby
This 90-minute introduction to Pole Dancing is the pre-requisite for all ‘Intro’ level classes. It is a great place to start as it covers all the basic choreography, spins and vocabulary we use at PDP

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost for non-members: $30

Conditioning
If you know what to do but your body just won’t do it, maybe adding an occasional conditioning class is the answer. This class is also great if you’d like a fun alternative to lifting weights, or if you’re looking for “Pole Dancer’ definition in your arms. Our main focus is building the strength that Pole Dancing requires.

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost for non-members: $20

Stretch
Take the time to not only relieve your tight Pole Dancer muscles but also to improve your Pole Dancer-required flexibility. Taught by our certified yoga instructor, this relaxing class will improve your overall Pole Dancing by widening your straddle and getting your legs as straight as they
can go!

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost for non-members: $15

Chair
Think Burlesque meets Pussy Cat Dolls…then add a crazy core and leg workout that you can take home with you.

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost for non-members: $25

Gentle Pole
This class is specially designed for dancers wishing to get the workout and the experience, at a less demanding fitness level. More gentle than our Conditioning Class and less acrobatic than Pole Dancing, this class will increase core, upper and lower body strength and increase flexibility. Don’t be shy…this class is for you!

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost for non-members: $25

Open Practise
A lot of dancers want to borrow the studio to work on their spins or choreography. We’re offering an hour of free time where you get to decide what you work on, under the supervision of one of our Pole Instructors.

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost for non-members: $20

Floor
If you’d like to add more floor work to your choreography, we have a class dedicated to the arched backs, knee rolls, crawls and twerks that you’re looking for. This is a fun class to bring your heels to, as we spend most of the time with our feet in the air!

Prerequisites: none
Duration: 60 min
Cost for non-members: $25

Shoes 101
So you’ve tried Pole Dancing and you’re comfortable performing on your tippy-toes…the next step is throwing on a pair of Pleasers (the Pole Dancing and Strip Club shoe standard) and putting your skills to the test! If you don’t have a pair of Pleasers or know what Pleasers are, we highly recommend browsing through their website and checking out the hundreds of different styles they offer:
www.pleasers.com
We have a couple extra pairs of heels at the studio that you’re welcome to borrow, or you can bring your own pair from home…just make sure that they’ve been cleaned and that they have a big platform at the front; regular heels are too hard to dance in, and something you’ll learn in heels 101 is that the shape of your heels actually affects the way we pole dance!
Not sure if your shoes will work? Send us a pic and we’ll let you know!

Prerequisite: none
Duration: 45 min
Cost for non-members: $20

Spin
At PDP’s version of ‘Spin Class’ we perfect the spins we already know, add some new ones and put them into combinations. PACE YOURSELF…you don’t want to get dizzy.
We offer this class to dancers who have completed the Newby Class, and to first time dancers.

Prerequisite:
Open: No prerequisites
Duration: 30 minutes
Cost for non-members: $15

Circuits
For 30 non-stop minutes, we rotate from pole to pole through level-appropriate choreography and spins that we’ve learned. This class, which is ALWAYS in the dark with the club lights on, is a mix of Pole Dancing, Spin class, and Cardio.

Prerequisite:
Group: Newby Class
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost for non-members: $15

Polerina
At PDP, we’re nostalgic for the days when we would go to ballet class and do bar work. When we would tie up our point shoes and push through the pain, all for the love of the beautiful art form. We’ve found a way to combine this lost love with our new love for Pole Dancing…and with the upper body strength and skills you’ve learned, prepare to take the weight off of your poor old toes and experience a fantastic new style of dance.

Prerequisite:
Open: none
Group: Ballet Background or Open Polerina
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost for non-members: $25

Choreography
